Remove Kraber from Ranked

I will get straight to the point with this one. I believe the Kraber should not be in ranked or comp in general. I just lost a ranked game because a guy got a lucky headshot on me with the Kraber at ...

@om3ga51999 Personally I don’t even think the Kraber should be in pubs... the 1 shot capability shouldn’t be in the game period
