Revenant - Feedback post buff

Ever since the update dropped, Revenant seems to appear more commonly. Yeah, even in my own teams the likelihood of a Revenant appearing is high.

Previously, I found him useful. Now I find him mandatory. I spectated a few games, only to find out that in most of them, a Revenant was on their team.

Tactical ability is considered the silencer for abilities. It was fine at 10 seconds, because 10 seconds is incredibly high for a fast paced combat game such as Apex Legends. Now it was increased to 20 seconds, with 2 charges. skillful players can add up a 40 second silencing. That is way too long.

Many legends rely on their abilities. Lifeline is useful thanks to her healing drone, Gibraltar is great due to his shield dome. Wraith makes use of into the void to exit out of combat, and caustic suffers almost the most thanks to this because he couldn't even use his gas traps, basically considered the best defensive ability in the game. None of them could potentially use their abilities for 40 seconds flat.

10 seconds was already a long time. It really can pull up some changing tides. You damaged a lifeline? Well, you can be sure once the ability is on her, she won't be able to heal up that quickly for 10 seconds from that point on. If you want to make this ability useful while also preventing an overpowered side effect: 10 seconds of silence followed by 10 seconds of immunity to silence. Keep the 2 charges.

Death totem is another candidate, which increases the effective health of Revenant by 49. With full equipment, you have an effective health of 249 + overkill damage, which is the highest in the game, only rivaled by Gibraltar, who is a tank. That does not account a maxed out evo shield, merely a purple shield. 49 additional potential health is too much. That 1 health was already good, considering you basically escape combat and you get time to heal.

You also negate the last shot by the amount of health remaining. So if you so happen to have 10 health, and you get shot by a shotgun right into the face with ~110 damage, you basically soak up 100 damage. That's another 100 that go into the effective health.

Quick and simple idea: Overkill damage should be loaded into a buffer, meaning any healing done by healing items will first reduce that buffer, and THEN account towards the healing.

I know, people won't like this feedback, but I feel it's important to bring it up.
