Shroud has Spoken: Increase flight speed of Flatline bullets

Increase the Flight speed of the Flatline bullets. Heavy ammo suppose to fly faster.

    That could explain why the bullets seem to miss more than hit their mark. If they did that buff and kept the recoil and tested the new bullet travel speed for Season 3 or something. Flatline could finally be a good weapon.
