Slowly recharge shields while jetpacking (Valkyrie)

This is self-explanatory. Her Jetpack takes so long to recharge that it would be perfectly fair to have a little extra shields after Jetpacking. It would also encourage players to use up their fuel just to top off their shields which would create some interesting situations. You would be able to listen in for an enemy Valkyrie using their fuel to top off. It would benefit both her and the enemy.

They may be one issue though. They like to find ways to make this type of stuff canon. Perhaps Rampart (or even Big Sister) could modify her Jetpack to accept shield cells.

Season 28 update: I came up with this idea shortly before Wattson got her town takeover. She's been buffed over time, and I still think she could use this. I think this would be better than the buffs they actually gave her.
