Terrible customer service

Welcome to the worst customer service that has ever existed. I have spent thousands on this game, and I was permanently banned due to “cheating”. When I found this out and went to dispute it, I first looked at my recent login history and there was a login different from my own. I screenshot it and attached it with the dispute email. The email I got back said this account cheated and they cant unban me. What an absolute joke of a company this is, even with proof they dont care and will barely respond with any words. Just to put a cherry on top though these incompetent humans have made it to where I can no longer even dispute my case. How helpful you are EA support, im sure your company motto really supports your service to the people that keep your game alive.

    You will need to recover your account and associated e-mail connected to it before attempting to have the ban lifted. 

    If you believe you have been hacked take appropriate measures to secure your account and associated E-mail account https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/account/secure-hacked-ea-account/

    Make sure you have all the info regarding your account in order to verify ownership. If you cannot verify your account ownership that would be a major problem.

    After you have recovered the account etc. you can then submit a ban appeal please be sure to provide as much information about the account recover process in the ban appeal as well as any other pertinent info. 

    If you believe that a sanction (Suspension/Ban) placed on your account was by mistake you should reach out to the Terms of Service team https://help.ea.com/za/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    Be patient as these things take time.

    I can no longer appeal, they told me I cheated with the proof I provided that my account was logged into from a different state. They have also made it to where I can no longer appeal. So what do I do about that? Below you can see my login info and the day I was banned was the 21st of november 2023. Where you can clearly see my account was accessed in Georgia and then minutes later, somehow someway according to these incompetent TOS workers I then teleported back home to Alabama.

    If our TOS team has repeatedly denied your appeals @FknEnvy then it means that when investigating they found evidence to support the ban.


    If this is the case then there is nothing that we can do to change this.
