The Loba (Red Handed Skin) is missing its glimmer effect
I notice that Loba's "Red handed" skin no longer has its glimmer effect. At first, I thought it was patched out since I only noticed it after the Chaos Theory update. It didn't make much sense considering none of the other skins were changed. I also went over the patched noticed and didn't see anything about a skin changed. Here are some screenshots to see the problem. The first picture is the original skin from a video and the other one t is a picture I took of what I am currently dealing with.
