Who do you think are the top 5 legends?

1) Wraith, still broken, still the most overplayed legend after 6 seasons, still in need of a design rework or a change to low profile to make it matter. 1-2 bullets does not justifiy having nearly half the size of most other characters especially in a FPS. She hard counters all shotguns basically because the pellet spread will make more pellets miss than any other legend in the game. Fix her hitbox if Respawn if you want this game to have any semblance of variety or change up of meta.

2) Pathfinder. Guys he is still the #2, being able to move your group quickly to almost any location is going to be the strongest utilty in the game, no matter how many nerfs he gets he will always remain strong, the grapple nerf only made him vulnerable after grappling, as it should be. Spamming high speed grapples completely removes the point of Octane from the game. 

3) Revenant. His buffs for his ult are amazing, period. Its the only thing he needed to be top tier.

4) Bloodhoud. Got excellent buffs and now is in a strong place. 

5) Lifeline. Rez shield is annoying now requiring teams to have grenades on them just to deal with downed lifeline teammates.

Honorable Metion: Caustic. I don't think he is top tier unless the game moves to a camping game, but then he counters himself and wraith is a complete hard counter soo... yeah.
