Why can't Loba And Alter pickup teammates banners?

Both of them being able to pickup banners would be a tremendous buff to both characters and beneficial to the game because it would further open up gameplay by allowing us to keep the team together without exclusively needing to have a Support Legend on the team. Additionally, I believe that allowing Alter to do this would be a positive thing due to the range her passive has. It would ensure that teams would not have to further risk going back into dangerous mid game brawls. Especially, in Third-Party scenarios where multiple teams are occupying the same areas further preventing pickup (much like the replicators do, except this just skips the need to look for one to craft first). 

In conclusion, I strongly believe that this change on either (or both) of these Legends would be a welcome edition to help enable a sense of flexibility in playmaking.
