- @gonghengqian I am feeling left out as well. That is 9 items owed. I have participated in all events since starting at season 12 1/2. I am not going to participate in this event until I see the items from the last event. I have 8 heirlooms and I play ash but I am putting my foot down and not spending the money. Seems the players are just cash cows at this point. Hit marker reg still an issue with xbox x series which effects getting kills or wins and now this. Smh
You're certainly not the only one. I've repeatedly submitted cases on the matter which they just auto closed then send me a response asking if they solved my issue w/o ever even acknowledging the issue. I finally just had a chat with the support team and ofc they had no information and claimed to be sending it to the dev team for further investigation. The fact they tweeted, acknowledging it on the 16th but then did nothing & pushed out the new event yesterday is disgusting. I also earned those rewards & am due them. It gave many packs that count towards the heirlooms. I've played more than 6 seasons now w/o getting shards so I'm getting close since I didn't get my first shard pack until after playing a full 6 seasons. It's really shameful that they refuse to acknowledge those of us effected and aren't keeping us in the loop. I'm sure they just swept it under the rug.
I also still am yet to get my stuff. For such a wealthy company, it's a little disappointing they can't just give people what they already earnt.

Yeah, I'm sure it sucks a lot for many players.
Though at this point I really don't think they're going to do anything about it anymore.
Especially since they acknowledged it on March 16 and said they were going to offer a fix
- The problem has simply been standing still for 2 months, EA support is not staffed by people, but robots, who respond with copy paste to your every request. Sometimes they even make it so that you cannot answer and the status of the problem automatically becomes "problem solved".
Respawn Dev said on Reddit that they had supposedly sent out a "make good" gesture to those impacted yesterday. I never got anything & was told to contact EA Help .. which has been another dead end.
- @VixTrilogy Personally, I was initially told to contact EA Help. After two months of continuous appeals, I was told something new, that I should contact the forum. It's just ridiculous
Same. And of course the circle of idiocrasy begins when you contact them after they tell you to log in to your account, provide your contact information, then respond to you to tell you they know how frustrating it must be and to provide them with your account/contact information; which was already provided to them upon initiating the report. I swear they never read the content within the case report nor pay any attention to the details but this is what happens when a billion dollar industry hires out third world call centers for pennies a day.
