Zero heirloom shards in 80 apex packs...

I can definitely understand the frustration. This is feedback we've been hearing since the heirloom shards were introduced, and we have passed it along to the Apex Legends team.

If anything changes with this in the future we'll be sure to post an announcement to let everyone know.

1. I love idea I spend o most 1500 on pack and I have all the heirloom expect pathfinder. And started at season 4. I’m lvl 200 too. 

I have spent zero dollars on extra packs, only so far has bought one Battle Pass and that's for this season.

Have one set of Heirlooms, for Bloodhound.

While yes, I would like more, there's no way at the rate things are I would ever buy a pack just to get heirlooms.  If you don't want gray items from any one Apex pack, which is the only thing at all you can reliably count on getting, I wouldn't buy them.

Everything else is gambling and you should know that when you spend money on them.  Nobody goes to a casino getting mad because rng didn't have them come out winning.  It's the same for any loot box thing you buy in any video game.  You're gambling, that's what you're doing.

You can provide feedback directly to this forum, @JACKTH3R1PP3R97 and they'll sent constructive ideas/posts over to the devs.

The developers themselves use the feedback from the communications team to make decisions. Of course, they also look at their data from the game 🙂

its actually very common knowledge amongs apex players. and id be kind angry to see it nerfed after spending roughly 1k for two of them.
