Account Compromised, Banned, and Unable to Submit Appeal
Hi, I’m looking for help regarding my Apex Legends account.
My account was recently compromised without my knowledge. After regaining access, I discovered that my account had been banned. I did not violate any rules myself, and I believe the ban was a result of actions taken while my account was hacked.
The main issue I’m facing now is that I cannot submit an appeal. It appears that an appeal may have already been submitted while my account was compromised, and the system is not allowing me to create a new case or contact an advisor.
Because of this, I currently have no way to properly explain my situation or provide proof that my account was accessed by someone else.
I would really appreciate it if someone could:
Review my account activity during the time it was compromised
Allow me to submit a new appeal or reopen the existing case
Advise me on how to proceed since I am locked out of the appeal system
I am willing to provide any additional information needed to verify my account and secure it further.
