Apex Account Banned and no response
My account was hacked and banned, I have emailed the tos team to appeal and it has been 40 DAYS. I talked to customer service 2 weeks ago and they said " it won't take long". You are just messing with me and I don't think I deserve this .I spent around 800 euros on this game just to support it and it looks like none rly cares. I have proof of me being hacked and all but who cares, since those people care so little that the haven t emailed me in over 40 days. This is just straight up pitiful and shows how EA treats it's customers. People who hack get responses faster than me. If you just want to copy paste the "if your account got banned and suspended click here" don't bother. I am making this post since maybe people with the same problem can see that they aren't the only ones being treated miserably. I have legit lost all respect for this company and the studio itself because they decided to associate with it. It s just sad that timmy69 with 2 hours of gameplay gets an email faster after saying he didn't get his battle pass rewards than people who have been supporting the game since day 1. It s a shame cause the game itself is great but does not have actual people that care about it behind it. Anyway if i understood correctly you have no real power to do anything even if you work for EA except maybe look at who responded to my case ( don't bother, none did ).
