Apex Account Banned and no response

 

My account was hacked and banned, I have emailed the tos team to appeal and it has been 40 DAYS. I talked to customer service 2 weeks ago and they said " it won't take long". You are just messing with me and I don't think I deserve this .I spent around 800 euros on this game just to support it and it looks like none rly cares. I have proof of me being hacked and all but who cares, since those people care so little that the haven t emailed me in over 40 days. This is just straight up pitiful and shows how EA treats it's customers. People who hack get responses faster than me. If you just want to copy paste the "if your account got banned and suspended click here" don't bother. I am making this post since maybe people with the same problem can see that they aren't the only ones being treated miserably. I have legit lost all respect for this company and the studio itself because they decided to associate with it. It s just sad that timmy69 with 2 hours of gameplay gets an email faster after saying he didn't get his battle pass rewards than people who have been supporting the game since day 1. It s a shame cause the game itself is great but does not have actual people that care about it behind it. Anyway if i understood correctly you have no real power to do anything even if you work for EA except maybe look at who responded to my case ( don't bother, none did ).

    Hey @its_smol_pp_tho, if you have raised an appeal with our TOS team then you will need to wait for them to respond.

    The best thing to do is to keep an eye on your email for a response from the team.

    If ToS team has so much work, that clients have to wait for weeks (months?), then maybe EA should hire more people? Or they expect that soon situation will normalize?

  • 40 days is rough. My account recently got hacked into and banned this past Sunday. I put in a case to EA the same day letting them know, but I definitely have my concerns. For one, I'm scared they won't give me back my account for whatever reason they might come up with, even though I have nothing to hide. I have never cheated in Apex and I'm fairly certain someone got into my account. I didn't have 2fa enabled, so I made a mistake there I guess. Also, I don't how lenient they are with hacked accounts and if they give them back or not. Second, the amount of waiting is also a bit of a concern, because at best I'll get a reply within 5 business days, and on top of that it might all be for nothing. I put a lot of time and money in that account just to lose it like that, and I'd be pretty pissed. Hopeful thinking is keeping me going, but I'm just not sure anymore if you have been waiting for over a month to get a response.

    I'm locking this thread as there is nothing more that we can do to assist with TOS related issues on AHQ.

    If you have raised an appeal with our TOS team then the best thing to do is to be patient and keep an eye on your email for a response from the team.
