Apex Legends Incorrect Rank Rewards
So I reached Masters for the first time on season 16 split 1 and ended up demoting to Diamond a little before the split ended. I really wanted the rank rewards so I checked online about this since I was too busy to re-climb back up to masters. I was told and confirmed by sources from Apex Legends that my rank rewards should be the highest tier reached of the season. After checking with others if this is true, I thought I'd be fine. Although, I ended up with diamond rewards instead... For like 1-2 months now I've been contacting ea help to try and get my correct rank rewards and to this date, I have received zero help. So I'm posting here to see if anyone knows how to get any help whatsoever or if there happens to be someone who sees this and can actually help me.
