@ZaroxPlayz It’s based on skill, not level. Plenty of level 200+ players who are low skill. If you play with randoms you’ll occasionally get matched high skill players. When you do send them friend requests and ask them if they will practice with you in the firing range. I do it all the time.
Tuesday night a friend and I were playing ranked. We got paired with a new player because of the ranked reset. He definitely struggled through the match. When the round was over he said “i did not do anything.” and left. I sent him a friend request and brought him into the firing range. I put pressure on him at levels he could handle and increased it as he got better. Next time we are on together I’m going to play some non-ranked with him and just drop to lower traffic areas I know he can handle. Try and help him build his confidence. He’s actually not a bad player, but I think he just makes mistakes during rounds.. gets to far from his squad.
