Balance changes suggestions

Revenant: Integrate agile assassin into base kit at a reduced rate (~%30-%40).

Integrate double marked time. as well as 30s ult cooldown reduction.

Assassin instinct changed to (Marked For Death): 50 flesh and below are marked.

Ballistic passive: SMGs and pistols carry more ammo per mag. Move faster while holding a pistol or SMG.

Catalyst: Literally integrate all perks into her base kit (And she wouldnt be as good still lol).
