Banned for no reason

hello, i have been banned for no reason at all i was away from gaming for about 3 to 7 months and i come back to apex to find my account is banned Reason unknown also every time i try to Dispute to talk to support i don't get any answer ,its just all closed without answer like you see in the photos so what is going on i leave the game for 3 to 7 months ,and the time i come back i get banned without even playing?

    Your TOS team is rejecting my request without looking into my case i didn't cheat and i have hardware ban this is not a support 6 * months to get support?

    i also created a new account to have fun with my friends and i got banned

        1. 現在回來後，就被ban了無緣無故地封禁真的十分無奈

    If our TOS team has denied your appeals @iiTzChajbi then there is nothing we can do to change this.

    my apex legend account was get banned without no reason, I did not use any cheating software , I have submitted an email appeal but no reply , plz check it . my email is [edit: email address removed],

    by a ordinary gamer.  ty.
