So, I checked my ban history and it says that I have no outgoing bans, however, whenever I try to join a game, it says that my account has been banned and won't let me in. I've been trying to contact customer help for months now and my issue has still now been solved. What is the best course of action? I have too much stuff on my account to lose it.

The support team should be able to verify if there is a ban on your account when you were in contact with them. Did they confirm if there was a ban on the account?

According to the email, I have been banned for violating the TOS even though I haven't played the game in 2 months? How does that work? The minute I get a new character and a legendary skin on one of the characters I'm banned for doing nothing. I don't understand. The email won't even tell me how I've violated the TOS or what I was banned for. It just keeps telling me I'm banned and won't give me a specific reason why. I've seen plenty of other posts with this exact same problem that have happened at similar times as me.
