Banned, waiting on Terms of Service
As the title says - I was breached through origin launcher, wrongfully banned. I'm not here to preach my case lol BUT for those who have actually gotten a reply from this team, about how long did it ...

How is that right at all lol, I wasn't even playing the account and EA customer service even said how obvious it was that I wasn't the one playing, different launcher, log in location, etc. As a customer, who spent a good amount of their hard earned money with this company - it shouldn't take a day to ban a breached account, and a month to investigate 5 minutes of footage.
So acknowledging it wasn't said customer who caused the ban, but keeps said customer who gave the company money banned? Doesn't make any sense to me.
At the end of the day they're only hurting themselves as now I can't even look at another EA game even if I wanted to because the account is banned.
EA won't get a penny more of my money just off principle - for such a big company they really know how to make the customer feel like they could care less about ya.
@sugeb609 In the world of VPNs and easy-to-purchase technology, pretending "hacking" is pretty easy. I imagine it takes a while for the team to confirm or not.
- @LaughingSharko yeah man imagine spending over $300 on battle passes on character editions to risk all that by using aimbot an software in non cometitive mode, where wins dont even matter.
- @LaughingSharko I could see why you wouldn't care but when it happens to you, you're gonna remeber these forums - and i'm in IT dude I get some of the best anti virus for basically free, malwarebytes, bitdefender and a few other programs and i'm not talkng the free version. If anyone has protected information it's me. Not here to prove my innocence, it's not like your the ToS team I could care less what you think - I already know nothing nefarious on my end happened. I'm here to voice how it's Bullsh*t that a ban can take 1-2 days to do yet 1-2 months to repeal. No matter what rebuttal you have man you can't change my mind that's bad customer service, not to mention the fact you can't reach them once said case is already "in progress" you can just twittle your thumbs and hope you didn't waste money, but a simple look at the forums will show it's happened to many more than just me.
- @sugeb609 A simple look at the forums shows there are a lot of cheaters who coming crying when they get punished for cheating. It's amazing how many people get "hacked" from other countries because the other people are so desperate to use other people's accounts and play like 5 matches, and spend tokens that the hacker won't be able to use ... yeah, I'm sure all those stories are legit.

someone else hacked my acc and cheated and now i demand it back... yea right.
- @sugeb609 Im sure Solar Winds also thought they weren't touchable. No matter the security someone out there is smarter. That is a company who houses all national security secrets and more. Yet they was compromised with open doors to every single government agency.
I also am in the IT field and can without a doubt say no matter what programs you use they still can get in. Malware bytes only looks for specific things and at times lets a good bit get past the protection and not be detected. Major memory injectors to be exact. Bit defender and others also have their flaws of things they can not pick up. I been in the industry over 20 years and ive yet to ever see a company prevent hackers let alone a regular user.The only thing suspect I can think of is I downloaded the newest version of CPU-Z and accidentally installed some free demo extraction program. I doubt that would compromise my system so hackers could use me as a beta tester for some cheat software?
