As the title says - I was breached through origin launcher, wrongfully banned. I'm not here to preach my case lol BUT for those who have actually gotten a reply from this team, about how long did it take? Starting to think these guys don't exist lol, can't call/email or contact them in any way - they can only contact you which is discouraging when you're waiting over a week now.

How is that right at all lol, I wasn't even playing the account and EA customer service even said how obvious it was that I wasn't the one playing, different launcher, log in location, etc. As a customer, who spent a good amount of their hard earned money with this company - it shouldn't take a day to ban a breached account, and a month to investigate 5 minutes of footage.So acknowledging it wasn't said customer who caused the ban, but keeps said customer who gave the company money banned? Doesn't make any sense to me.At the end of the day they're only hurting themselves as now I can't even look at another EA game even if I wanted to because the account is banned.EA won't get a penny more of my money just off principle - for such a big company they really know how to make the customer feel like they could care less about ya.

@LaughingSharko yeah man imagine spending over $300 on battle passes on character editions to risk all that by using aimbot an software in non cometitive mode, where wins dont even matter.

@LaughingSharko I could see why you wouldn't care but when it happens to you, you're gonna remeber these forums - and i'm in IT dude I get some of the best anti virus for basically free, malwarebytes, bitdefender and a few other programs and i'm not talkng the free version. If anyone has protected information it's me. Not here to prove my innocence, it's not like your the ToS team I could care less what you think - I already know nothing nefarious on my end happened. I'm here to voice how it's Bullsh*t that a ban can take 1-2 days to do yet 1-2 months to repeal. No matter what rebuttal you have man you can't change my mind that's bad customer service, not to mention the fact you can't reach them once said case is already "in progress" you can just twittle your thumbs and hope you didn't waste money, but a simple look at the forums will show it's happened to many more than just me.

@sugeb609 A simple look at the forums shows there are a lot of cheaters who coming crying when they get punished for cheating. It's amazing how many people get "hacked" from other countries because the other people are so desperate to use other people's accounts and play like 5 matches, and spend tokens that the hacker won't be able to use ... yeah, I'm sure all those stories are legit.

As for your second point, I think the amount of streamers and top Apex gamers who have been banned in the past for specifically cheating is proof that people are more than willing to risk those things you're saying if it's the only way they can be "the best" or if they think they can get away with it or not get caught.

Then, if they do get caught, they look for ways to blame their poor decisions on mysterious "hackers," etc.

Another thing I find humorous about all of these "I've been hacked!" threads is how often the poster says "I logged into my account and enabled two-factor authorization as soon as I found out about the hack..."
What's wrong with this picture? It ignores what hackers actually do when they get control of a system:
Change the password. That's the first thing a hacker is going to do if he actually wants to steal your account and coins (especially because he/she can then proceed to sell said account on any number of online sites for real money). There's no way a real hacker is going to log into your creds, play around a bit, change your keybindings, cheat a bit, and leave. Mmhmm.
So, sorry, unless your "hacker" happens to be your cousin who you let play on your account when he visits, not buying it. And if it is "cousin," then this is a life lesson about taking better care of your things.

Weird. I just downloaded my EA data again and now it starts at 3/31, jumps to 4/25 and goes to 5/20. I trust that they wouldn't doctor it. My ban was on 4/27 standardized time.

I don't think I was hacked. Something else happened related to Titanfall 2 and/or Steam automatically linking to Origin for the first time.

@B0n3SawMcSizzla he must be on their payrole or something lol - I have never wanted anyone to get hacked before but man, would it be ironic if it happened to this Shark fella so he can see we aren't the malicious ones... we just want our account that 💡 spent close to 1,000 hours on.

@LaughingSharko you should see if there are any other posts that got hacked, and go troll them lmao played since season 3 - I don't even know how to run an aimbot software let alone where to even get it LOL but I could care less at this point, like I said earlier I'm glad I found out now before I gave EA anymore of my money

@B0n3SawMcSizzla I'm with you over a year of playing.. Spent a bunch of money. Never that good, but having fun. No one hacked my account. Never cheated. But get banned for no reason. And now they just, within a day of my appeal deny it since I filed an appeal 3+ times. Its like the whole idea of there EAC sucks, and has issues, and they won't admit it, so stand by with there bans.
I read over all the Terms of services,and there was nothing I did to violate it. I just played the game to have fun, not for kills or wins.

@BinkDeBook I am also thinking they will never reverse it because I filed a BBB complaint. Some of the EA help associates have mentioned that I have filed a BBB complaint. I'm getting the same response as you. I uploaded the videos of my gameplay from the 3 days before the ban to YouTube, but they don't get views and I immediately get the response back from TOS that they are done.
