Best and Worst Legend... And Most underrated Legend.

For me I think one of the best if not the best is lifeline. If you notice she is most commonly on the team that won last match. 

She has faster heal than other characters which is huge. A faster revive and health drops. So pretty huge imo. She can also drop pretty high tier loot. 

My favourite is wraith as I love her escape mechanisms and the character herself. 

Probably the least powerful for me is Gibraltar. Purely because i rarely seem to aim down sight so don't use his shield much and I always forget about his awesome bombs in a close fight in so busy shooting and I rarely play him which I think causes me to be bad at utilising his skills. I don't believe any character is bad though as they all have great strengths and weaknesses!

Best legends right now i think is Octane and Pathfinder. The combination of mobility and ability to control high ground is so strong.

Worst Legends in my mind is Caustic, Gibby or Mirage. Probably would say Caustic is the worst, Combination of how situational he is and his hitbox. Gibraltar have a pretty strong ult and i feel his shields makes him more survivable where as Caustic is good indoors for the first few minutes of the round until the circle move and he have to venture outside his safe space, his hitbox, lack of mobility and any usefull abilities outdoors just makes him a bullet spunge.

I mentioned Mirage aswell and thats because i think he by far have the worst ultimate and passive in the game. His decoys are fun and interesting but its again super situational and you are not gonna reliably bamboozle good players.

Most underrated I would say is Lifeline, Heals and rez fast, which means you can combat hea/rez in a lot more situations then other heroes and the ult has a pretty good chance of getting a purple armor which really can set up your team for the early game. 

Best: Pathfinder

Worst: Mirage. Why worst? All u need is his tactical.

Most underrated: Caustic . Caustic is not a situational hero. You can use him everywhere.

Best: Lifeline. I think her passive should be 15-20% and I main her. But I think her drone should heal a bit faster to compensate that. And of course the drops are so nice.

Worst: Probably Gibby but there are some impressive Gibs out there.

Underrated: Mirage. People still gettin' bamboozled. I thought it would've been interesting if he always cloned a random legend instead of just himself, that way no one would know until they shot it.

S-Tier : Wraith, pathfinder, Ocatane

A-Tier : Lifeline, Bangalore, Blood hound 

B-Tier : Mirage

F-tier : Caustic, Gibraltar

Everything is viable it's only depending on your playstile and skill it's just more easy for some legends

BEST = Pathfinder (at the moment) nearly impossible to hit when grappling away from danger. Ultimate great for helping team mates out of danger too.

WORST = Bangalore - smoke? wooooooooooo hooooooooooo

MOST UNDER RATED = Gibraltar - when practiced with and used correctly very good, strong team character.

I think they are all pretty usable but two stand out that are bad, Gibralter and Caustic and two which are really good, lifeline and Wraith. I think this is mainly due to hit box sizes.
That being said my favourite legends in order are:

Bloodhound
Octane
Pathfinder
Wraith
Lifeline

The rest I don't even bother using.

I don't want to give a "best" and "worst" because everyone is different, but I can give my favorite to least favorite based on playing them all.

1. Octane (super fun and fast)

2. Pathfinder (didn't use him at first, but once I learned how to grapple, he's been so fun to play)

3. Wraith (hit or miss, but I've won a lot with her and she's the first legend I played with)

4. Mirage (most kills/wins with him, but he just grew old because people don't fall for his abilities anymore)

5. Bloodhound (rarely play him so I haven't gotten used to his abilities)

6. Lifeline (just because I play very quick and she doesn't have any way to escape)

7. Bangalore (played with her a few times and just can't get the hang of the smoke)

8. Gibraltar (if he wasn't so big or had a better passive, I'd play him more)

9. Caustic (if someone can prove to me how he is not situational, I'll try him out... but his abilities aren't good for him or his teammates)
