bring back arenas

@Kyldenar Do you really think they didn't use play and spend metrics to decide to remove arenas? They did and they even said there was a lack of playerbase. The lack of playerbase certainly would not help MM, which is one reason it was an issue.

TDM needs some work and so do the people that play. Just last night I had a monster game that I lost because 2 people on my team quit even though it was 30 to 30. I didn't notice if they were poor or what but quitting when the team score is equal or close speaks to how awful people are. If a person isn't the best on the team......they leave. I've also had people leave when the match was 6 to 1. Die instantly because they made a poor play and blame MM......they leave even though they may have been in the correct lobby.
