It's already there in ranked. Pubs... would disagree.
Had a game lastnight solo Q'ing and 2 randoms. We got into a fight about 5 or 6 mins in (it was quiet). Loba nowhere to be found. Never opened her shop once despite multiple requests. Fight went on for some time (antoher squad rolled in extending it). Eventually both of us were down... Loba? Miles away and decided to open her shop. Ya, that's a quit.
This sort of crap happens all the time. I have no problem with being able to bail on hopeless situations.
