5 years agoCustomer Support is Absolutely Horrendous
I was one of the affected by the PS4 progress loss yesterday. It's been reinstated already but I'm missing a 4k badge (which is a 3.5k now apparently) and around 10k damage was taken away from my general progress from the day before. I contacted support, their reply was to "Keep checking our Twitter for update on the situation!".
Absolutely disgusted by the way they reply to your issues and how useless their "Help" is. They also mentioned that they can't reinstate badges but how come they can give 150 heirloom shards to people affected by the Code:Net error? I can't seem to understand.
