Customer Support is Absolutely Horrendous

I was one of the affected by the PS4 progress loss yesterday. It's been reinstated already but I'm missing a 4k badge (which is a 3.5k now apparently) and around 10k damage was taken away from my general progress from the day before. I contacted support, their reply was to "Keep checking our Twitter for update on the situation!".

Absolutely disgusted by the way they reply to your issues and how useless their "Help" is. They also mentioned that they can't reinstate badges but how come they can give 150 heirloom shards to people affected by the Code:Net error? I can't seem to understand.

  • @AEUHX The heirloom shards was granted to people who was unable to log in for months at a time to weeks at a time. This effected a vast amount of playstation users. So it can and will take time to reinstate all of it im sure. As they said keep checking for updates on this concern. As they are still fixing stuff on players stats and such.

    Also 10k dmg is nothing to worry about. Your damage badge sure i can understand that one. But 10k dmg is like 3 games worth of dmg.

    Hey @AEUHX,

    Glad to hear your account is back to normal aside from that damage badge. 

    The resolution for this involved rolling affected accounts back to a backup from roughly 18:00UTC, so we wouldn't be able to verify or merge progress made after that point I'm afraid.
