EA any plans to add to existing universal melee?

Finally have shards to get an heirloom/mythic/whatever after having played since season 1.

Cannot decide on what item to buy with it.

Is there any plans to add to existing weapons like the Power Sword or Sky Piercer? Adding variations different colors, boxes, etc?

Cannot decide between either of those, as the animations don't always do them justice, and yeah, don't seem as interchangeable as the katar.

If anyone else has any thoughts too?
