Can I please talk to a person and get some help? The customer service of this company is atrocious.

@FergusonBigAL Hey there, if you are in need of help with securing your account you may contact EA Help on Twitter/X and they can help you do this.
I don't have twitter. Why would I go to a separate website/platform for help with this account. Thanks for help though.
- @FergusonBigAL You can use the ticket system for sure if you wish. I suggested EA Help because they are live support. You would get much quicker results due to tons being at the computer who can help with these type of things. Its where I typically send people for these concerns to save them a little time waiting.
