How do you motivate your teammates?
how do you get your teammates to actually fight and not run away?

I don't motivate anyone to fight. They just do fight, or don't. If they do, I do. If they don't, I don't.
Because if there is someone missing in the fight, it's bad - even when miracles happen and the last mate, who has been looting for a long time and seemed to be playing for the first time, kills the entire enemy team with ease. 😮
