I cant make appeal to my ban
Hello EA Terms of Service Team,
I am writing to respectfully appeal the permanent ban that was placed on my Apex Legends account and to request a careful manual review of the enforcement decision.
I was extremely surprised and confused when I discovered that my account had been permanently banned. I want to state clearly that I have not intentionally used cheats, hacks, scripts, unauthorized third-party programs, or any other software designed to provide an unfair advantage in Apex Legends. I understand that EA takes cheating and violations of the User Agreement very seriously, and I completely support those efforts because competitive games should be fair for everyone. However, because I genuinely do not believe that I have engaged in cheating, I am asking that my account and the circumstances surrounding this ban be reviewed manually.
I am relatively new to Apex Legends. I have been spending my time learning the mechanics of the game, improving my aim, understanding different legends, learning positioning, practicing movement, and developing better game sense. I am still learning many aspects of the game, and I believe my gameplay statistics, match history, performance, progression, and overall account data should reflect that I am a newer player who has been gradually trying to improve rather than someone suddenly performing at an unrealistic level through cheating.
I would sincerely appreciate it if the team could review my gameplay data in detail. If possible, please look at my match history, accuracy, damage statistics, kill/death performance, rank progression, movement, consistency between games, and any other information that may help determine whether my gameplay resembles normal human improvement. I believe that this data would be very important in understanding my situation.
I have also taken legitimate steps to improve at Apex Legends. Because I enjoy the game and wanted to become a better player, I even paid for coaching or tutoring from a more experienced Apex player. My intention was to learn the game properly from someone more skilled than me. I wanted help understanding my mistakes, improving positioning and decision-making, and becoming better through practice rather than through any unfair method.
This is one of the reasons the permanent ban has been particularly confusing to me. I was actively investing time and money into learning how to play the game correctly. I would not knowingly risk everything on my account by using cheats when I was already putting effort into improving legitimately.
I have also spent approximately $500 on this account. I understand completely that spending money does not mean that a player should be exempt from the rules, and I am not mentioning this because I expect special treatment. I am mentioning it because it demonstrates how seriously I intended to continue playing Apex Legends and how invested I had become in the account.
I purchased content because I expected to continue using this account for a long time. From my perspective, knowingly using cheating software and risking a permanent ban would make absolutely no sense after investing so much time, money, and effort into the game. I genuinely wanted to continue learning Apex Legends and becoming better at it.
Because I do not know exactly what triggered the enforcement, I would also greatly appreciate it if EA could review whether there was any unusual activity associated with my account. If possible, please review login history, device information, IP activity, linked platforms, or any other account-security information available to your team.
If there was a login from an unusual location, an unfamiliar device, or any other suspicious activity, I would like to know so that I can immediately secure the account. I am willing to change my password, enable additional security features, verify my identity or account ownership, secure linked accounts, or take any other reasonable steps recommended by EA.
I also understand that automated anti-cheat systems and detection systems are necessary for a game with millions of players. At the same time, because permanent bans have such serious consequences, I hope that my situation can be examined by a person rather than being reviewed only through an automated system or the original enforcement result.
I am not trying to argue with EA's policies, and I am not asking the team to ignore evidence if there is legitimate evidence of a violation. I am simply asking for the opportunity to have my case examined carefully because, based on my own actions, I genuinely believe that this ban may have been issued incorrectly or that there may be some misunderstanding regarding the activity that was detected.
If there is a particular match, program, login, device, or event that caused the account to be flagged, I would sincerely appreciate any information that you are able to provide. Even if certain anti-cheat information cannot be disclosed for security reasons, I hope the team can still review the underlying evidence internally.
I am fully willing to cooperate with the investigation and provide additional information if necessary. I can provide my EA ID, Steam ID or other linked platform information, purchase history, account ownership information, or any other details that may help verify my account and review the enforcement.
Apex Legends is a game that I genuinely wanted to continue playing. I am still learning, and part of what I enjoyed was the process of slowly improving and becoming more comfortable with the game. That is why I was willing to spend money on the account and even pay someone to teach me how to become a better player legitimately.
Receiving a permanent ban when I believe I have simply been playing and learning the game has therefore been extremely disappointing. I hope my account data can be used to evaluate my case objectively rather than relying only on the fact that an enforcement action has already occurred.
I respectfully ask the EA Terms of Service team to conduct a manual review of my account, gameplay history, account activity, and the specific reason that resulted in the permanent ban. If the review determines that the enforcement was issued incorrectly, I would be extremely grateful if my access to Apex Legends could be restored.
I understand that your team handles many cases, and I appreciate the time required to investigate these appeals. I am not asking for preferential treatment. I only want the opportunity for the evidence associated with my account to be reviewed carefully and fairly.
