when i go to claim the clothes it says ea is linked to steam but i want the clothes for the ps4 version.

@Rotblut im sorry i meant to say that i have amazon prime set to use my ea account which is linked to my steam account and now i want to play only on the ps4/ps5 i want to claim my clothes from amazon prime for the ps4.there is no option in ea account settings to link to a ps4 account, and i can't find a link to a ps4 account on amazon prime either.either way i already claimed my crypto clothes out of frustration i wanted it for my ps4 account but i got it for my steam account, but still i want to know how to link my ps4 to claim clothes from amazon prime.

Hey @gg123xyz,you must log in to amazon first.They will ask you to setup a 2FA (Two factor Authentication).You have to give them your mobile number and once you're done that you have to verify yourself over this.After this all is done you can claim what you want.

An EA account can only be linked to one Amazon Prime account in its lifetime. If you accidentally linked the wrong EA account to your Amazon Prime account and you haven't yet claimed the offer: 1) Visit https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/index and log into your EA Account.2) Click on "unlink" to unlink your accounts.3) Once your accounts are unlinked, visit this page again to link the correct EA account to your Amazon Prime account. Please make sure that you are NOT logged into any other accounts at the same time in the same browser. For the best results, complete the process in "private browsing" or "incognito" mode.

you must log in to amazon first.

@pandareno1999 i unlinked my steam account then i logged back in and was not given an option to relink it to psn.

i want into steam and tried to log into apex legends using my psn login and i could not.

i looked at unlinking my amazon account but was warned i could not relink it till 2022. so i dont want to unlink my amazon account. so im now without my steam linked account and that is all that has happened.

@Popa2capsi went to that page and logged in using psn then i got a different account from 2014. i assume for psn. then i went into connections and unlinked psn. then i read to make psn and origin have the same email so i made the psn the same email as origin and then it connected psn to my origin account.

then it removed all my skins from psn and gave me coins for it so i went to rebuy the revenant heirloom then i didn't get the heirloom after opening the 24 heirloom packs and thats a bug i reported.

i talked to support in chat and they said to make a bug report. and they were looking into it. so now i made my bug report i just play and wait. maybe one day they will give me my heirloom i bought.

@Lord_Scorpion34 amazon prime gives free clothes for whatever legend they want every month. its 11 dollars a month canadian i think. you get free shipping on amazon stuff and other good deals idk what but they also give free clothes for apex legends.
