I need my account back
Around 4 years ago I made an account on apex legends that was my main account for around a year or two before I got older and decided I didn’t want to play games anymore. So I gave up on my PlayStation and reset it to give to my nephews. Fast forward a little bit and now I’m here I started playing a bunch of games with my girlfriend after getting an Xbox and remembered my old apex account. Apex used to be my main game and I had a bunch of stuff for it I had wraiths heirloom along with a bunch of legendary skins. All things I bought slowly throughout time as a kid from money I would earn working wherever I could at the time. Now I have been trying to get into this account and with everything I’ve been doing nothing has worked I’ve contacted ea support multiple times with no solutions and just can’t seem to figure it out. My problem is I don’t have my email or know the email that I used to make this account and no longer have access to the PlayStation account since I don’t even have a PlayStation. I’m struggling a lot and have just been trying to find a solution it’s a huge waste of money and kinda sad to leave a good old account in the past and I really just don’t want to restart everything. I had so much stuff and literally spent every dime I earned as a kid on the game. I also grew up and moved out of the original home so my IP address and everything else is different then it was back then. If anyone can think of a solutions please let me know I know it’s long but just can’t think of anything else I could do to get this fixed. Also I’m sorry for my punctuation I know it’s bad.
You will need to know your email or at least your EA username to start the process with support to retrieve your account, without knowing what account it is, it would be nearly impossible.
Another option would be to try and have support identify the account with a transaction you have made on your EA Account. This could be anything from buying Apex Coins or Games on that EA Account, if you can provide a transaction ID they might be able to find which account it was.
I have no idea how they handle these kind of account issues, so it might not be possible, though I think it's worth a shot.

Though I believe it would also be possible to check your banking app for any purchases made, purchases made on EA should include a Transaction ID, which they could likely link back to the original account.Once you have the Email / Username, next step would be getting access to that account again, this could likely also be done with proof of purchase, though I'd also recommend to give this a read: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/im-locked-out-of-my-ea-account/
