I won a game of apex and when we wanted to go to the lobby to claim our reward we got an error and when we checked we didnt get any xp and in my stats it still said 1 win even tho that was my 2nd win ever. I want to contact the support but i dont know how.
Community AdminIt can happen for the stats to update with a delay, sometimes only after restarting Apex / Origin. From my limited understanding, there are both a local save and a cloud save for the account, these can get desynchronized sometimes (due to game errors, network issues, etc.).
i checked it, And it still didnt showed up. we did not record it. And it didnt only happen for me, it also didnt register for my friend. Is there a way to fix this? Because that was my 2nd win ever and it would be kinda sad when it wont count :/

Community AdminHey, I have word that this is being investigated.
However, unfortunately we don't have any tools to recover specific matches that fell into the void. Sorry, I know that's more frustrating if you're on your first few wins.
