- @Extremejinks The one big difference I've noticed when playing as Mirage is that the decoys don't heal when you do, but that's a minor thing.
The only other way I can think of is to watch all of the decoys and see if their movements don't match what they should do (example: watching a decoy slide up a hill and maintain more speed than it should.) This is just an idea though, and it'd be difficult to do this. Plus, as a Mirage, you could always just pretend to be a decoy and run into a wall or something like that. - @aisthebestletter While there were moments the old ultimate was good, this one is good more often. Plus it charges so fast.
@Koochi-QBAM one nade and it's gg
I disagree.
Initially I would have agreed, as I tried using it similarly to his previous ult and it didn't work out well.
It's gone from more of a defensive / flee, to one you actually have to actively and intelligently use.
I'm using it more commonly in an offensive manner, a superbamboozle!
I have however once used it to incredibly escape a 1 v 3... Mirage ended up spitting out an endless stream of bamboozle quips as i took cover and enemies were on a treasure hunt for the real one.
For context, I'm a player who really loves invisibility abilities, but i approve this change. Could perhaps do with .5 to 1sec longer cloaking.
For some reason I do better a Mirage...can't explain...just need to fill a canyon with echoing quips when he pops the ultimate.
@Koochi-Q Imagine getting teamed up on in duos /solo queues with loads of Mirage. Imagine a pack of them using their ult in bunker xD
@Zeues-1992 I've been bamboozled a few more times than I care to admit lmao.

@CrazyPlays54I don’t think it’s going to fool people for long. It’s fairly easy to pick out the real mirage. The bamboozles are in a uniform pattern and uniform movement, real mirage is not. You get a bit of confusion and can’t waste time. You have to pair it with his tactical..
I think it’s an improvement and it’s definitely more effective in CQC situations.
His biggest improvement was his passive for the revives. Throw a gold backpack on mirage and revive your downed teammate... that has come in clutch for me a few times.he is a fun legend to play in PUBS.
@DarthValtrex If you're a legend that allows it, just put distance between you and mirages ult quickly, if you're not then reposition near a wall or something so he can't attack outside your line of sight.
They'll inevitably shoot at you and give themselves away lol, and if they don't you're still not in a compromised position where you can be ambushed by him. His ults only effective when you're in the middle of that decoy mess. 😛
Like you said it's literally only effective because people aren't used to it...thus it causes a bit of a panic element...remove the panic and the margin for error drops considerably.
