Multiple problems after the genesis update, game is unplayable (literally)

@Starblue05 I had the disconnect problem as well after the update. Crazy. What solved it for me was to clear the Origin cache. You can google "how to clear Origin cache (or Steam cache if you play via Steam)"

    @LaughingSharkoi installed origin yesterday specificaly for apex and it had the same problem as steam so i dont think the cache is the problem, ill try your second suggestion and come back to tell you the results, thanks for the suggestion! :D

    Edit: i cleaned the cache and the problems are still happening
