Okay, balance Caustic, nerf tactical, but at least give him a passive

Please look at Valkry, Fuse, Lifeline, Gibby, Seer, Maggy, etc Passive abilities and look at Caustic’s… please be fair and consider Caustic fans when you nerf him almost every season.

New Passive (themed with current meta desires from Respawn): Flies.

His bags should fly with him, too.

Since he become weak, let's make him slimmer, let him go on diet and exercise.

Actually I prefer a small Caustic than a fat one with Fortified, he is easier to see and hit and doesn’t have extra shield like Gibby… though they can’t fix it revise they have to fix all skins and they won’t spend time and energy on an old drying character 😅
