Please help me. I did not cheat, but my account was banned.

I didn't cheat; I just chose the basic damage bonus in wildcard mode. After finishing, it showed that my account was banned. If this buff cannot be selected, why was this mode released? I absolutely ...

I have already filed an appeal, but I don't know how to contact the EA team. I can't find the location for human support. I hope you can help me. I swear to God I did not use any cheats.
