POI you think is bad and why
I'll start. Since I've playing a lot of WE a few places I hate are: Overlook: Specifically the circle building that's near the edge. When another team drops at this location and your teammates go...
@EdwardDLuffyThat is up to you. If my JM is a random who jumps hot I break off and look for a spot nearby that others are not going, get stuff and then go help. I want at least a chance to kill someone before I fight.
I've jumped to so many locations I've figured out where the not so popular spot is on even the hot drops.
Fragment is the worst in WE. Train Yard is super fun but also a bad spot.
Kings Canyon has too many to name.
Olympus is just one season in but Estates can be over dropped into.
Pretty much any centrally located, good loot zone is a problem for hot drops. I think if you drop in a central location, you are leaving yourself open to a quick game, but if you are going to do it, it's best to land just outside the zone and come at it, so you don't have teams on all sides of you.
I like dropping far and on the fringes. It means running a lot, usually, and you do end up with fights, because there are still a lot of players in the game. Even if you don't get a fight right away, you can move in with gear on where you hear the combat happening, and you are usually doing it without, again, having people on all sides of you.
