@asukojo probably just high load times on their end. Probably a lot of people downloading the update ATM.
Edit: Apparently they also throttle download speeds as stated by this post here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Origin-Client-Web-Technical/why-are-the-download-speeds-extremely-slow-on-origin/td-p/6319970
sorry to hear.
I was able to get my downloaded in round 40 min. 1:35am est - 2:16am est
Thanks for the update,iI've been having some wicked T-storms up here in the Northeast and thought It was that. good to hear it's not totally being effected by the storms. 🙂

Whenever you're downloading on PS4, it's a good idea to restart your system from the power menu first. Due to how the PS4 manages memory, it seems that it doesn't always release suspended or closed down apps, and this slows downloads and installs.
It has gotten a lot better in the past few years, but I'm still in the habit of performing the restart any time I have a time-sensitive update coming, and it does seem to help in a lot of cases.
From my PoV it took about 40 mins to install on my PS4 too. - @asukojo i think you are trying to update it while the game is running in the back ground , just close all apps and try again
- @asukojo Playing a game while trying to download slows it down significantly. Always reboot and let the update run.
That's Sony for ya. I actively avoid using my PS4 for this very reason.
