if there is evidence of a hack on your account and you've contacted Support about the hack as well as then appealed the ban through the penalty history, there is a chance that you will be unbanned. However, we cannot help with ban appeals here in the forum and don't have access to account or ban information, so in the end, this is a decision and judgment made when you appeal the ban - we cannot say with certainty here in the forum if something might or might not happened when you appeal.
