Rats making Season 17 ranked games pointless and frustrating for everyone else

@matzesingt Rank needs to be about skill, in order to give players an idea of how skilled they are when compared to other players. The problem is that skill in a BR is not just about highest number of kills, but placement and ultimately winning as many times as you can. They are going to have to somehow combine kills/damage with placement again. Maybe even bring back something like the old system but not have a rank split which would be less harsh on casuals who don't or can't grind rank for several hours every day.
