You should check the links on the post above, but remember you can get banned for so many more things then using cheats, exploiting known bugs/exploits, being a bit harsh on chat/voice, deliberately ruining for other people in game. If you get a lot of reports on you for the same thing by many different people you will get investigate in some form or another and if they find the proof they will take you down. Eks is using strikepacks with mods, if they find the proof youre gone, using "optimalization" tools, editing files to gain benefits to your gameplay and so on. For instance using chronos with mnk is bannable offense as it gives aimassist on mouse.

If you did neither of these you should prepare your case and deliver any proof you have to dispute the ban the official way described above my post :D

Edit: ps if you dont use 2FA, check if your account is hacked, then that might be the reason and that might be hard to dispute. Always use 2FA on your account as it minimise the chance to get hacked and pooped on.
