    Well i can t contact anyone from EA on a SUNDAY right?!! and i m pretty sure their answer will be yeah we are right you are wrong the account will stay suspended! 

    I would like to suspend the people responsible for dealing with the cheaters as my gaming experience was ruined many, many times because of them!

    I would like to suspend the people responsible with apex servers as 80% of times my gaming experience is horrible!

    I would like to suspend the people responsible with coding in apex legends as every patch they just introduced more bugs that makes my game unplayable!  

    What about my TOS?!?!! I can make TOS too! Would you respect them?!?! NO

    You can fill in all the details on a Sunday, that's no problem @Sp4ceb4lls 🙂

    Once the information has been sent, then you'l receive a reply from our ToS team when they were able to review your dispute. When you'll receive a reply depends on when they'll be able to get to your dispute, all I can ask is for your patience.

    For an answer I have to wait 24-48 hours and usually comes from an automated replay ... my account is suspended for 72 hours, so yeah ... i already know their answer, is gonna be waste of time... anyway long story short after 2500 hours played on this game (you can verify) and 150£ spent (you can also verify) i m very disappointed and unhappy! put that in your TOS! 

  • @Sp4ceb4lls  To put it bluntly bud, it probably will be a waste of time yes.

    • If an EA Service requires you to create a "user name" or a "persona" to represent you in game and online, you should not use your real name and may not use a user name or persona that is used by someone else or that EA determines is vulgar or offensive or violates someone else's rights.

    This is an exert from the User agreement, which the username you had previously breached. Therefore from EA's point of view, the ban is justified as you agree to this when creating an account.

    Play time and monetary expenditure don't give you immunity to the user agreement.

    Well i don t totally agreed with that user agreement but i want to play the game!

    I m not asking for immunity for the time and money i spent in this game, i m asking for competency from people that work at this game! like fixing the game errors, bugs, getting rid of all the cheaters once and for all, upgrade and optimize the servers!

    To be honest i used that username as a form of "protest" as i m sick of all the problems that this game has, every patch there are more issues on top of the ones they introduced in the patch/update before that!

    Cheaters are running free in game for over a year now, remember when Respawn said we gonna do work "behind the scenes" against the cheaters?! well there are more cheaters now then ever!!

    I'm sorry you do not agree with the recent action taken on your account's username. You're more than welcome to dispute the action and state your case to our Terms of Service team. They'll gladly review it it and try to respond within 5 business days. Depending on how many requests they get in a given time, the estimated time-frame on a response could vary (might be slightly sooner or longer than 5 days).

    Our Champions and Heroes are here to help out the Apex Legends community on their own time. It looks like they've already pointed you in the right direction to get this properly handled and continuing to discuss this here will not lead to any reversal on the name change as our forum staff cannot assist with these, thus I'll be locking down this thread from further commenting.
