Re: Anyone else getting melted faster this season?

Sounds more like the reason this is happening is because of lag/ping/de-sync issues. 

I'm noticing this too when I switch to a server further away. I had to since the closest one to me is down atm, but the game is unplayable this way so I gave up. 

What you see happening on your end is not what is happening in real time. That's why you get insta melted before even having time to respond. What you see has already happened and you are basically trying to catch up to it in vain. Are you getting shot from behind cover? Are you still taking full damage while strafing? Then your game is out of sync which means you can't trust anything you see on your screen.

    @Sand_spitter My internet has never been the best, so I've ran into issues like that before, but something about this season feels...odd? I know they're trying to improve the servers, so maybe something they're working on is causing more de-sync or whatever? IDK

    I will say I have seen a lot of other people I follow on Youtube and Twitch also just getting melted more often lately, but again, IDK.

    Yes, that's how I feel about it too. Either you have opponents who can't do anything, or you're dead within half a second. Everything in between doesn't exist anymore. However... I must also say that I very often get 1-2 shots off, and in the overview it was not 1-2 but 15-20. So Super Bullets... a data packet from the server with 15 hits... you do nothing against.

    But when you watch these experts after your own death... 180° turn with instand enemy marker, on far away enemies, people never looked in this direction before. And similar... Let's put it this way... in the Public the density of honest players is currently not very high.

    I feel you....since season 10 I have had the same issue. The cheating with the new paddles, and macros etc... is almost too far gone (i find) to even play the game anymore. Its more frustrating than fun. I saw a hack while spectating that showed a guy using a Shield bat in under one second!! No joke. 

    It feels like I've never played FPS before. Getting downed in less than point of a second (full purple shield and health), ppl strafing and crouch spamming faster than imaginable. less recoil or no recoil, aimbot and just about everything else you can think of. 

    I feel at this point it is impossible to stop and no company is going to spend that much money trying to dial it in. I hate to say....but the online gaming industry will be one day soon, everyone hacking. It will be the only way to compete. 

    Gaming as we know it will never go back. 

    Thank you to all the cheaters that are just to lazy to take the time to learn to be good or take the time to be better. You are the lowest of the low.

    Oh forgot....I tried to report the player (in game report) but it only works one out of every 20 attempts. Why add this reporting feature into the game if it doesn't work? I play on PS4. 

    Ive seen Seer's using aimbot, as if the wallhack Travis game him as a passive wasn't bad enough. I was unable to report him. Again - didn't work!

    I feel you bro. I recorded some matches yesterday on PS and going over the footage after the match I saw 2 players cheating on different teams and I didn't even notice it during the match!

    I couldn't even believe that I didn't catch it initially while spectating the fights, it can be that  subtle sometimes.

    one word, CAR, if you aren't running one, you're at a disadvantage.
