if your talking about your regular Apex level pack's and not your BP level packs.
after level 25 or so you get Apex packs every other level or every three levels.
After level 50 its one Apex pack every 4 or 5 levels until level 100.
@ Level 100 and beyond you get no more Apex packs The ony way to get them is buying the Bp. You also get a few free one's up to Bp level 40 or so with each new season.
