Re: Cheating worse this season

@reconzero @OldTreeCreeper Thank you both for the kind words. Yeah, my father is dying of stage 4 stomach cancer in the hospital right now, so getting lost in the video game world every night has been an escape for me

I think whoever is behind the cheating it's a very sophisticated effort to get people to stop playing since there is just way too much of it happening. I also wonder sometimes if some of the cheaters are bots that are equipped with the hacks like aimbot, rapid fire, zero recoil, etc. Whatever the case, I think there is more to it than it being anti social types that think the only prestige they can get in life is to collect fancy digital badges, or the type that loves to troll people trying to enjoy a game. With it being this rampant in nearly every lobby it seems to me to be an effort to cost the game it's playerbase. I suppose there may be a lot of competitors or enemies of the game who would want to do this, especially since apex is the best fps game.

Honestly, losing doesn't bother me, it's losing like this, especially when I played the game for 4 seasons without these problems and I know what I'm capable of in the game and what isn't possible in the game under normal conditions.

If I didn't meet so many other people having the same issues right now I would have no problem chalking it up to a skill issue and be on here asking for tips to get better at the game. (I did this a lot during my first few seasons in fact).

I just hope they don't just let this game die. It is the best concept for a game I've seen in years and has some of the most likeable characters in a game. The demand is even high for an anime using these characters based on what I see people say on social media sites, I don't think too many fps games have a fan base that would want fps units to have their own series. It's more than just a shoot em up game. Let's hope they do something about all of this soon.
