Re: How do I keep my sensitvity?

@Zehrixx You want to change your mouse sens but keep the old ads sens relative to the new one? But you mention no change in your mouse sens, it's always 2.4. Mind clearing that up?

In my post I stated that my current mouse sense is 2.41, with 0.7 ads, which is what I aim best with when I aim down sights (as the mouse sensitivity also affects the ads sense when changed).

However I want to make the change to 2.4 mouse sensitivity (previously was 2.41), without it affecting my ads sensitivity by doing so.

A further explanation for clarity, the ads value isn't changing, it's 0.7 still, but remember my sense was 2.41 before, so it was 2.41 x 0.7, however if I change my sensitivity to 2.4, it becomes 2.4 x 0.7, which is basically a different sensitivity.

  • Maybe it's not exactly possible as I had the idea to use a calculator, 2.41 x 0.7 = 1.687

But if I tried 2.4 with values close to 0.7, I'm not exactly able to get the same 1.687 variable which would mean my sense would'nt be the same as my old one. I'm not that great at maths or anything though.

  • It's just a .01 difference. I don't think it would make that big of a difference. Well, I tried changing my mouse sense by .01 and see if it makes any difference. I didn't really see any difference tbh. And came across something very weird.

If I change mouse sense from 2 to 2.01 and then click on the ads sense, it shows 2 as my mouse sense inside and when I change it to 2.01 there, it shows 2 on the outside. Very weird. @EA_David  this seems like a bug.

Yeah the sense changing between 2.41 to 2.4 when you close the game or on the 2 parts of sensitivity in the menu has already been reported by me yesterday haha.

And even though 0.007 should be a very small difference, it feels huge for me in-game, I think it's probably because I play on a lower ads sensitivity, so every change upwards feels much more big, and I can't as easily hit my shots with a weapon like a wingman once I make this change. So I assume the 0.1 change in sensitivity is actually bigger than it seems, at least for me in my experiences.
