Could that really be the case tho? Easy Anti Cheat has a whitelist for allowed software that their algorithms can identify and do not trigger any flags made against an account.

I'm having a hard time imagining that Razer Synapse is not whitelisted since this software has been around for many years now.

I doubt using a Razer Naga is considered cheating.

16 kills in a game?  thats how many teams? 16/3 = 5 teams

i dont run into 5 teams in a match that often and i don't single evenhandedly kill every one of those 5 teams by myself. i mean chee, why not 7 teams? oh yeah you said you killed 22 one time which is 7 teams. lol. and your not cheating why not show us some videos of these feats on youtube...

where did all those bullets come from to kill 5 teams when they're so close to each other...even 7 teams... 1 person takes 2 clips, so 22 people is 44 clips, how did you get your hands on 44 clips...

the problem is a hacker can kill me in less than a clip.

Look at my wins on ps4. I'm also Diamond Rank. I have more than 8k kills total. It's more around 11k. Look at my kills with Wraith and Full squad wins.

This is the same EA Origin account I used to log into PC and use my controller with. And somehow I'm banned. And yea. I got 16 kills on PS4 ranked games.

You sound kinda unhinged.

@gg123xyz16 kills was PS4 ranked Bronze and Silver. 22 kills was PC with controller ranked Bronze and Silver. So yeah, it's possible.

And because of SBMM. When I moved to PC with controller, my account was level 1 but still level 600 on PS4. So I was easily able to get a 20 kill game within my first few games. Everyone was like level 2, 3, 5, 8, 9, etc..

I've done it on PS4 as well.

It is the razer app, battleye anti-cheat will not work with the razer apps i need. i have a gaming key pad i got for chrismas, razer brand, tried dayz and arma 3 with it battleye won't start the game untill it was uninstalled. figured apex did the same but banned me instead of kick me off when logging on. I know it is too because i know i didint do anything, had other issues with other games anti cheat and the dates match up. i got the key pad dec24th, i get banned dec 30th. I know my keyboard and mouse config. software run fine but most anti-cheat software my games use don't like razer apps. i came to pc from ps4 and the transfer was heart breaking, losing every thing. Coming back i put 10$ in for mirage so im not off to a bad start, banned few weeks later after chrismas. Not saying paying should make you unbanable, but should show loyalty and support for the game. Id like to say if my appeal does not come through there is no investigation what so ever when it comes to cheating, the entire system is just the anti-cheat software assuming.

Its not Razer software.

I got Razer Synapse for all of my devices, mouse, headphones and keyboard, as well as chroma and other stuff.

I get custom lightnings and so on for the RGB, as well as leaving only 1 DPI, cause i accidentally click and i don`t need only 1 DPI anyway.

He may very well be cheating, so do you think he will come here and admit that he cheated? Did you really think that?

He may have macros/scripts, no recoil stuff or playing Mouse and Keyboard and lying the system he is using controller, to get the aim assist.

Or he may use  Cronus or SP or whatever other cheats there is for controllers.

To be banned, they definitely detect something, and believe me its not the Razer software programs.

DarthValtrex, you dont get good overnight, as well as you are not fixing your aim for like a week or two. This stuff may(i don`t know) on controller, but its not how its done on mouse/keyboard. As well as the recoil control.

@Shotgunjake21Well ya, you can create macros with it and do things with it that violate the TOS. So it's easy to understand why that would create problems for you..

I can understand the 0 tolerance policy for it as well. Cheating is absolutely horrible for a games player retention. It negatively impacts the player population and it also negatively impacts the amount of time people play. 

When you're an honest player and get destroyed by someone cheating it ruins the fun/game for you. It's really frustrating in games like this because it can be difficult to win rounds and have good rounds. Imagine struggling all night, finally have a good round going and you get destroyed by someone who's cheating?

The anti cheat is FAR from infallible, i deleted my gigabyte auros RGB control because both PUBG and Apex think im harbouring cheats in it.............

The programme that controls the pointless pretty lights on my computer is apparently used to cheat???????

Where does that make any logical sense?

This dude already cheated in 2 other games, and have lifetime ban in CS:GO. I guess its for a reason.

A lot of cheaters come to complain about this, cause they spend money fur stuffs on their account, and thats why they want them back.

Again i`m not saying you are cheating 100%, but i don`t see how they will ban you for no reason.

Again i`m running all kind of Razer apps(no macros, never ever created one), and never ever have a problem with them.

Again nothing against you i just don`t believe people over cheats. Back in the CS 1.6 time we were playing heavily and i have a team. After a long period we understand one of our team members were cheating. :D

Same stuff happen on CS:GO, but we were playing more casually with the guys. Its people from my country, and we talked pretty much every day.

So my trust factor is very low, especially here on Apex, where so many people are cheating and running all kind of soft cheats.

And again nothing against you, you maybe clean, but once again Razer app has nothing to do with it, unless you have macro on it.

I see where you are coming from. I just don't want to be the guy who goes around a ban with a new account. i only invested 10$ for a ledgend so im not deep in. im 95% sure it was the razer app, battleye would not let me load dayz or arma with it installed. I only got an email only stating i cheated, not even what the detection was. That makes me mad because i can't find the problem and prevent it again. Hence why i assume razer was the problem because i had other problems with it on battleye(and the op of this thread claimed to had the same problem with razer apps). I thought i might have been hacked but i go through steam and use steam gaurd so i feel that is unlikely. Besides i barly played apex on pc due to being new to mouse aim(poor shot), but now im so used to mouse and keyboard can't use controller aim anymore when i try to play a console, but i can't play pc because im banned.

Being banned makes me feel like im not welcome in a comunity ive loved since titanfall 2, im going to respect the ban, i hope it will be sorted and i can play again. Respawn has yet to reply to my appeal, if they do ill post an update, untill then this it the last message ill post on the fourms. Apex is a great game, and i say the best battleroyale tittle, but im going to buy tittanfall 2 on my computer for my fix.

This does not help as its not my pc gameplay late 2020, but my old ps4 gameplay in early 2020. Back when i could shoot :.(

Razer Synapse has a function to turn on Turbo for left click, that clicks up to 20 times per second, without even using the Hypershift function. You may have done really well, got reported, and they found Synapse running in the background. That's the only thing I can think of. To me, if you can bind fire to the mouse wheel, enabling turbo should be allowed too.
