Re: Lifeline’s revive drone needs to be on a cool down

@Bean2kay9 Like @rockyboy1998 said a good LL can be hard to beat. She's a clutch legend if done right. I wouldn't say that she's OP but like it was mentioned I'd say the drone having a slower revive speed would probably fix the majority of problems without killing her off completely.

@Lord_Scorpion34 I believe the OP was referring to the passive not tactical.

@WreckingVi A buff to the healing speed might be a good shout. Sometimes it's pointless using it mid fight.
