Also:
Can't you buff the Alternator maybe even a little bit? Larger clip size or slightly more damage.
I know some people say well it's ok as it's a starter weapon but tbh I find just as many EVA8, Wingman, Hemlock, Flatlines etc on the floor when I land than I do Alternators.

The gun was awesome in TF2, now it's just a throw away weapon.
