Private matches confirmed with a minimum requirement of 30 players plus no LTMs meaning control, gun run or the other modes. Arenas is available which is good. More info here (will edit this post with the complete info).

Well, calling it a "Private Match" can be a tad misleading, calling it Tournament mode would probably have made it sound a bit more like it actually is.
Why? What would you do, other than wasting server capacity, on a huge map like SP, running around, less than 30 people anyway?
