@Cheese9Man So we can say Respawn is starting to lack creativity in legend creation? This looks like a mix of Lifeline and Rampart abilities, was this really necessary? How about making more relevant these two legends, especially Lifeline who's been disrespected for so long😞.
Maybe it's time to stop introducing new legends every season.
- @Cro_Pittt I agree, with the S14 legend being a better Crypto too. The other future legends are kinda creative though like that fortnite builder legend. Unfortunately you also have that Lifeline 2.0 future legend with a healing drone that has an AOE rather than needing to be beside the drone.

@Cro_Pittt Already started with Seer and onward
- @jaygates879 Kinda agree except for Maggie.
- @Cro_Pittt More like a cross between gibby and rampart. He doesn't rez or heal people from what I can tell. Most will still use gibby.

We've already been seeing "repeat" Legends. And you're going to see some of the OG ones getting lost in the sauce with all these new Legends & abilities unless they give them some good buffs. Like Mirage for example. Sure we love him for his personality & quips. But as a Legend his abilities are barely mid tier. And I think the buffs I laid out in my list for him would hardly make him OP but just more viable.
- @Lord_Scorpion34 I disagree we are getting repeat legends. While robocop shares abilities that look similar to other legends they are his own. No one can drag another player back. And his tossed shield is only in the front and moves with him. Totally different than a gibby dome. His ultimate looks like a massive rampart wall but it doesn't appear to amplify bullet damage and probably takes much more to destroy. Newcastle is a completely defensive legend like wattson. For pubs he will be a complete waste of time but if people like the character they will learn to use him well.
I really don't get the freaking out people are doing. Maggie was completely different to others. Newcastle isn't a clone. And future ones are so far from finished any worry about them is really a waste of energy. @hayhorI wasn't talking about Castle. Seer, basically an advanced Bloodhound, Ash's tear is just a one way Wraith portal that doesn't last as long. While these Legends aren't completely the same they have similar abilities that makes you wonder if devs are running out of ideas.
I also don't think he'll be a total waste of time in pubs. I've learned not all pubs games are the same. But I think he'll be a better Legend than many are thinking at 1st glance. Also I just want to add that I KNEW JACKSON WASN'T DEAD! And I knew eventually he'd show up as a new Legend. Just didn't think it'd be so soon.
- @Lord_Scorpion34 Seer isn't an advanced bloodhound though. They both wall hack but in different ways and their ultimates are totally different. Actually their ults is why no one at a high level would ever pick seer over blood.
And ash and wraith there are key differences. They passive and tacticals are totally different. And the ults are different enough to allow for different things. Ash ult allows a team to full send another they have injured but is also so short you cannot escape. Wraiths is more for repositioning or making a portal onto a team but allowing the team to get out too.
There are only so many things legends can do. You are going to have overlap but the differences are enough you get a good selection. Imagine if you picked a legend but could select abilities. That's how I view having 50 legends.
