Re: Support closing the ticket without answering the problem

I once had this issue also, and it was bit difficul to manage but they way it worked for me was, i received EMAIL regarding to my ticket where they asked me to contact trough live chat, when i managed to contact customer support trought live chat help i received was very good and my problem solved quickly.

1. Submit ticket

2. check emails from EA if ticket has been closed or waiting for your reply

3. try to contact customer support trough live chat

Design of this part has been executed very poorly and finding place to contact live chat is very hard to find for visitors and i hope it gets better one day but this is most help i can give
